Laidback ouple looking to rent a room in their 3 bedroom fully furnished (except your bedroom) unit near a bus stop 10 minute bus ride to Croydon station. Pretty much exclusive use of the main bathroom ducted heating ADSL wifi included other utilities split 3 ways. Looking for somebody who will not only rent a room but also add something to our household and be willing to socialise not just hide in their room. Social drinkers appreciated. Also sharing with a grumpy 16 year old little dog. Employment a must students accepted.
