I have a 4bdm house with one room for rent. The room is located at the back of the house.
My children live with me 60 percent of the time so if this is a problem you need not apply.
Applicant must have full time job and willing to undertake a police check.
I have wireless unlimited internet/phonecalls which is included in the price. Must be clean/tiday. There are 2 bathrooms, with one being mainly the new occupants, however as there is only1 bath, this bathroom will still be used by others occasionally. This also has lots of cupboard space.
I have a small dog, who lives mainly inside. We also have chooks. The property has a massive garage and carport for car.
