Hey Im Bec and my housemates Joel Adam and I are looking for another house mate. We all work a lot and are pretty laid back when were home but generally keep to ourselves as we all work different hours. The room isnt massive but fits a double bed ok and theres a wardrobe in there now and also room for tall boy/shelves. theres plenty of parking outside and we keep the house reasonably clean. The house isnt huge or ultra modern but its homely and clean and works for us.Our ideal housemate has a stable job (and works full time) can contribute to house jobs can clean up after themselves is easy going and looking for like minded housemates.Rent is paid to the real estate agent one month in advance so youd need to pay 500 for rent for October as well as 500 for the bond.If this sounds like something youd be interested in wed love to hear from you.
