I’m looking preferably for female renters – professionals or students.

The house is in a great location, bus stops within 10 minutes walk and Nunawading Train station also a 15-20 minute walk away. The house is also 3 minutes away from Eastern / Eastlink freeway entrances on Springvale road and very close to local shops and Forest Hill chase!

There are currently 2 rooms available, both carpeted and single size beds fit comfortably. One bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk and drawers. Both contain built-in-robes. Room is $140 per week plus bills.

The house itself is generous in size, a great kitchen and general living areas. The kitchen features gas cooktop stove, large electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

Outside features a decent sized backyard + front patio area which is great for having a bbq!

All the major appliances are included (Fridge, Washing Machine, Dryer, Microwave etc).

About me: I’m a business student at RMIT. I’m quite busy with study, church and part-time work. I’m easy-going and love experimenting with cooking.. often have a friend over for lunch/dinner!

I would expect you to be neat, tidy and reliable with rent.
