My home is a 2 bedroom villa unit located in Forest Hill. It is the front unit of 2 on the block. It is approx. 11 squares which is a good size for a unit. There is a lounge with a bay window to the front private (medium sized) courtyard and a dining room at the other end of the lounge which has a single doorway through to the sizable kitchen eating area of which has polished pine floor boards. The bedrooms lounge/dining and passage are all carpeted. The Kitchen has an internal laundry off it. The Kitchen/eating area has a large sliding sliding glass door which opens on to a sunny small to medium sized deck the steps off the deck to he left lead to the courtyard to the right is the clothes line and single garage. The 2nd bedroom is at the rear of the unit and has a queen sized bed provided the surrounding area is quiet.Rent is $170 per week. The bond would be 4 week rent in advance ( to be negotiated).
