Im a 31 yr old male with part time kids im looking to a house mate that can enjoy kids from time to time and likes having some social drinks every now and again.I like metal music and playing guitar occasionally.There is one room avaliable that will fit a queen bed (not supplied) and a bathroom to share kitchen has been renovated and has all stainless appliances including a dishwasher.Parking is avaliable on site but with no cover.
