Property is very close to public transport and shopping centres (Knox City & Mountain Gate). Access to Ferntree Gully Library & football/cricket ovals via back fence. Very large backyard and outdoor undercover decking for plenty of BBQ entertaining. Currently setting up double garage for table tennis matches:)
