A room is available in my sharehouse in Croydon! I’m female, looking to share with 1 Female.

Rent $170 a week, Bills shared. No bond necessary! Rent is paid fortnightly.

i am female, 32. I pay $10 more a week as my room has a larger cupboard.

I have 1 cat. Pets considered! =^-^=

THe house is has new paint inside, new carpet and polished wooden floors and a claw foot bath! It is a really lovely house. I am neat and tidy and friendly, and want you to feel at home!.

I have a washing maching but no dryer, so clothes airers must be used until I buy one.

I am friendly person who wants whoever lives here to enjoy the house and feel at home. If you think you are of a quiet, responsible nature, not into drugs or partying get in touch! I enjoy a wine after work, but I don’t have six friends over and play loud music while someone is trying to sleep while doing it!

Please note: I am allergic air-freshener, and other fragrancing products and can’t use these in the home. I am very clean, and am quite happy to do the housework, so the house doesn’t smell anyway!
