Hi everyone I am looking for someone to take over my bedroom from the end of October.I am a student from Monash University and am living in a 5 bedroom apartment right across the road from the Clayton campus. The room is 160 per week. The rent does not include utilities (which are split between tenants) but it does include fast internet and fortnightly cleaning.
