So here are some things you might want to know:- The house is a 2 minute walk from Monash Uni (including the bus loop)- All rooms are fully furnished! Bedrooms include: bed desk and chair wardrobe (most rooms have built-in wardrobes) and a small fridge for personal use- Each room is fitted with a lock for extra privacy- Shared areas include a living room/lounge room dining area kitchen and 2 bathrooms and toilets- There is a gated driveway for you to park your car – House is fitted with ducted heating air conditioning wireless internet. TVs and cooking appliances available for use.- access to Chadstone shopping centre- You will be living with 4 other people max. meaning less mess less noise and a more comfortable and laid-back atmosphere!- There is a spacious backyard and a patio area for BBQs and general relaxation!You wont find a cheaper more accommodating place to stay!
