There is currently 2 Australians 1 New Zealander 1 Singaporean and 2 Bruneians staying in the house but by the time the rooms are available most of us wont be around and you can enjoy the whole house + fast internet to yourself!This house is at a very convenient location – 13 minutes walk to Monash Uni 5 minutes walk to 631 bus stop 7 minutes walk to 737 and 703 bus stops 5 minutes walk to Petrol Station/Asian Grocery/Laundry service/Milk Bar 3 minutes walk to Asian Restaurants Mexican Restaurants! Utilities are all included in the rent. This includes cleaners that will come and clean the house fortnightly! As the house is big there are 2 kitchens too pots pans plates we have everything! The house also has 2 washing machines fast internet and cordless phone! There is also a living room with TV and DVD player with couches for visitors that you may have. About the room the rooms are quite spacious all rooms are fully furnished with bed study table and large built in robe! Also there is brand new heater and fan for you to use for free!
