Two rooms have become available in my modern single story townhouse in Caulfield South; technically we are on the cusp of 4 suburbs so if we want we can be a bit fancy and say we live in Brighton! I am looking for two friendly easy going and responsible housemates to come and share the house with me. You should be laid back have a sense of humour able to pay rent and bills on time hold a steady job (I dont mind uni students as long as you have steady income to cover rent and bills) NOT moody or snappy; just after some genuinely nice people. The first room has a built in wardrobe room for a queen size bed bedside table chest of drawers and a window looking out on the backyard. The second room is slightly smaller but still fits a queen size bed chest of drawers clothing rack etc. (please note: the second room does not have a built in wardrobe however I have a clothes rack for you and there is a double door storage closet in the hallway and another single door closet near the front door). If you need a bed I have TWO mattresses here in my garage one queen size and one double size and a chest of drawers; so everything is here ready for you to bring your bits and pieces!My current housemate is taking most things with her including the fridge and tv however Im looking at buying a new larger fridge and I can inherit a new plasma tv from my Dad :D. But any house furniture you have feel very free to bring it along and we can mesh our things together!The house features a lock up garage dishwasher central heating back yard parking in driveway and on the street dining room table gas stove top large laundry bathroom with separate shower and bath and separate toilet. The house is located a 10 minute walk from Gardenvale station which has buses and trains taking you into the city in less than 20 minutes and to Fitzroy Street in St Kilda in 10 minutes!My name is Caity; Im a mature minded 23 year old. I have finished my degree in journalism at Monash recently and Im currently working in retail at Crown Casino! Im very friendly outgoing and like to have a chat over dinner coffee or brekkie (best eggs Benedict in Melb up the road seriously!).
