The accommodation is at a walkable distance close to Monash University Caulfield Campus and to all amenities such as SuperMarket, Train, Tram, Bus etc. The tram no. 67 goes directly from Glen Huntly to city via St Kilda Road. It takes 20 minutes to reach to the city by train.

We will have fully furnished Single Rooms available in a fully furnished house in mid February 2014. Each room has desk, chair, bed, linen, TV & DVD Player. The room rent starts from $180/week.

The house is centrally heated and air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully furnished and Laundry facilities are available free of charge. The utilities charges of $40/week is charged extra per student which includes all bills such as Gas, Electricity, Water, Unlimited Internet, Washing, Drying etc.
