This is a great apartment block were everyone gets along. . I have a room avaliable in my two bedroom apartment in caulfield. Has a Matress and shelving if needed…i am a 30yo female I have a friendly cat I am a store manage in hospitality and believe I’m fairly easy going. . I’m not a party animal but do enjoy a beer or three after work on the balcony. The apartment is old but well kept. .Open fire place polished floor boards a bath and a massive backyard with garage
