Our current housemate is moving out due to family circumstances and so we are in need of another housemate for the last 3 months of the lease. Once this lease is up we will be getting another locally and depending on how well we get along with our new housemate we would definitely be happy to continue leasing with you.Not fussed about your age and are happy to accept people with indoor cats however dogs will not be accepted. We have an 8 month old Birman kitten so if you are allergic to cats do not apply.We live very close to a number of shopping centres including knox city boronia mall and boronia junction. We are also within a 5 min walk to the local IGA and within a 10 min walk of the Boronia train station. The house is furnished apart from the spare room… we do have a fold out bed however that our current housemate has been using. You are welcome to use it also if you are unable to get a bed.Please let us know if you are interested… we will be happy to accept just about anyone so long as you are able to pay rent on time and are fairly easy going.
