We have a decent sized room to rent with built in robes in a fairly new unit (no more than 5 years old) in Boronia – the house can almost be divided equally so a fair share of the rest of the house will be provided. It is almost next door to a group of shops where there is take away bottle-o and an IGA and it is within a 2-5 minute drive to the train station – close enough to walk. We will have the master and therefore will pay extra for the ensuite and double garage. There is a separate large bathroom which will be almost exclusively yours – it will obviously be used by guests. The spare room will be used as a study as Emily is attending Uni this year and if you are also studying you will be more than welcome to also use the study. We have 2 rabbits which will be housed down the side of the unit – we would prefer no more animals are kept on the property however will consider them if necessary. Neither of us are clean freaks however we do like the house to be tidy and contribution to a weekly clean up will be a must. So long as chores are kind of equally shared we are happy. Bills wil be divided 3 or 4 way depending on whether a couple moves in.There is a large living area and a modern kitchen small back yard – cooling and heating and enough room to fit at least 4 cars in the driveway – more can fit on the wide avenue when guests come around. Rent will be paid on the 19th of each month – $600 a month. We will have to run you by the landlord before accepting you as we do not want to break any subletting laws so just know that on acceptance you will need to produce 100 points of ID – its really only a drivers licence passport bills etc. Apart from that we would prefer that you are looking at a minimum of 3 months. We are moving in on the 19th of Feb therefore a full 12 months is also available to you. We are both 21 and would prefer our housemate to be around the same age however so long as you are fun loving but responsible we are happy to welcome you into our home.Hope to hear from youEmily and Drew.
