We are two friendly and fun females in their 20s looking to share a 3bedroom unit with a friendly clean and tidy person. We are very easy going and have great sense of humour but we also have a busy lifestyle. We like sports AFL Cricket Netball etc! We are in and out during the week due to playing netball. We are looking for a housemate that not only is a housemate but is also someone we can call a friend who wants to hang out with us (as we are quiet social) not someone who stays in their room a lot. We do not want someone who does ANY drugs or with any criminal history. Preferably between ages 21 – 28. The unit is clean and only about 4 years old and is walking distance to the shops and public transport. You will however have to share a bathroom. Rent will be $160 per week. Utility bills (electricity gas and water) are generally covered in this however if we receive a high bill it will be split 3 ways. Bond money is required $640 + first weeks rent prior to moving in.
