We are in a ground floor apartment, in St Kilda East. The lounge has floor boards and a great feel in general, you will love it! I have all the furniture, the laundry is communal and is very clean and tidy, we have a front loader washing machine/dryer, these services are very handy.

I’m normally quiet in the house, so if you are looking a place where you can relax and take it easy this could be the place, I don’t organise parties in my house maybe sometimes some dinner with friends but that’s about it.
I’m pretty independent and I’m normally out and about, not into watching much TV or being at home unless is too cold!
I like to have the place clean and tidy, clean and pick after myself so the person I’m sharing with can enjoy as well a clean space.
