Located within walking distance of shops, buses, trams and trains, it is easy to get around Melbourne and with only a short 14 minute train ride to the city, you’re never far from the action! We have 3 tram lines (the 3, 16 and 67) near us and two train stations within close walk at Ripponlea and Elsternwick train station. There is also a 24hrs Coles just a short walk down the road and more cafes and shops than you can poke a stick at!

The house itself is situated in a quiet street and has 4 large bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and space for 2 cars. The room available is the smallest of the four rooms but is quite spacious by normal standards and can easily fit a large bed and a desk in. Space is not an issue with tons of cupboard space. The house also has central heating system that keeps the house nice and warm during the winter months and cool during the summer.
The room is $170 a week and the bills are split between everyone. Bond is a month’s rent.

The room is unfurnished.

There are 3 other people in the house all around the age of 26 and work full-time. We are looking for someone that is employed and that likes to have a laugh and share a meal time to time. We’re also looking for someone who was looking to stay at least 3 months but preferably longer.
