2 Large bedroom available in St Kilda East. located within walking distance of shops buses trams and trains it is easy to get around Melbourne and with only a short 14 minute train ride to the city youre never far from the action! The house itself is situated in a quiet street and has 4 large bedrooms 2 bathrooms space for 2 cars and even 2 kitchens (but only one is in use). We have a larger and smaller room available with the smallest of the four rooms still being quite spacious by normal standards and can easily fit a large bed and a desk in. Space is not an issue with tons of cupboard space. The house also has central heating system that keeps the house nice and warm during the winter months and cool during the summer. The smaller room is $170 a week and the larger room is $180 and the bills are split between everyone. Bond is a months rent. There are current 2 people in the house both around 25 and work full-time. We are looking for someone that is employed preferably in professional work and that likes to share a meal and a few laughs but can respect peoples space. No couples or pets sorry. Were also looking for someone who was looking to stay at least 3 months but preferably longer. The smaller room is available now with the larger room becoming available in January.
