THE ROOM It is a medium sized room with big bed comfortable mattress and a big built-in wardrobe. High speed internet electricity water and gas included for extra $25/week. There is no contract so you can leave at anytime by giving 4 weeks notice! One person per room. THE LOCATION Its a great location in St Kilda East only 6 km from the city with lots of public transport around-buses trams and trains so easy access to city Uni.s St Kilda beach.
