Hi we are two young professional females aged 23 and 24 who are seeking a fun outgoing individual to move in with us. We prefer someone who is in their 20s and there is no gender preference we are just looking for someone cool. We are clean and work full-time but also love to party but only on the weekends. Close to the beach public transport and Chapel St. The appartment is an older style appartment that has a huge kitchen lounge area bathroom and three beedroms. The room available is a very small room but you pay the cheapest rent out of everyone. It also has a doulbe bed which you can use if you like. The appartment is fully furnished we also have a washing machine we are happy for you to contribute to the house. We also have is a car space available. The bills are electricity and gas we do not pay water so it works out really cheap especially in summer. We will also ask for a security deposit of $493 approx before moving in.
