It is an older-style appartment and offers three bedrooms bathroom large kitchen and dining area share laundry and a parking space. The available room is largest bedroom in the house. We are located on Balaclava Rd just 100 meters down the road from Carsile st. Thats close to cafes shops train station trams Chapel st and five minute drive to St Kilda. We are two females aged 21 and 22. One studying Beauty therapy and working and one working full time. We are very outgoing and friendly individuals who love to have fun. In saying that we are also respectful to the household and like to keep it clean and tidy. We would like someone who is around the same age. Also clean and tidy but who we can have fun with and who is easy-going. If you are interested you must be able to pay a months rent ($598) by the 18th of June. Bond is 493 and has to be paid to the outgoing housemate around the same time. We are holding inspections for the next week. This room will go quick.
