Massive furnished room with BIRS and net access in apartment located next to public transport, walking distance to Caulfield park, shops and Carlisle St. Females (one student/professional, and one professional) aged 29 and 31 are seeking easy going, friendly housemate to fill the room by late June as our current housmate is moving out with her boyfriend. It is not a party house and we prefer someone that is relatively active and works full time. On occasion we like to kick back and have a yarn over a meal.
