Hey there As I am moving to the Northern Territory my big sunny bedroom will be available from the 18th of October (with some flexibility around the move in date by a week or so). THE FLATThe unit is quite small and unrenovated but the bathroom has a bath and the kitchen are large. The whole unit is very light and bright and fully tiled very handy if you hate vacuuming as much as I do. The unit is furnished in an eclectic antique style. It isnt a requirement but as I will be taking one couch with me there will be some room for your own furnishings. Gemma is likely to purchase a new fridge and washing machine but if you ahve these it would be a bonus! The bedroom itself is very large and unfurnished (I can fit a queen bed drawers and two dressing tables in easily) although it has a built-in wardrobe. THE (AWESOME) FLATMATEGemma is 25 years old and originally from the Gold Coast. We met through sharing and have become good friends over the past couple of years. She is considerate laid-back and wont tell you this but she mixes the best cocktails ever (ex-bartender) and is also a phenomenal cook (dont know why might just be natural talent.) Gemma has recently returned to study to become a primary shcool teacher and she also works part-time. She has never been late with a rent or bill payment.THE AREAThe unit is on Alma Rd very close to Alma Park a stones throw to Fitness First and a 10 minute walk to Chapel and Carlisle Streets and public transport. Theres also a corner shop on the street. YOUare a nice easygoing fun person who likes to share a glass of wine or a beer at the end of the day and occasionally share meals. I dont want to leave wonderful Gemma with just anyone! Gemma gets on with pretty much anyone so as long as you have a posistive attitude Im pretty sure youll enjoy her company. Please get in touch soon as we are keen to finalise everything as soon as possible. We would love you to visit this week or this weekend if youre free.
