Hey Im currently looking for 2 people to move into a 3 bedroom house in St Kilda East. The property is very large it has front back and side courtyards lock-up garage huge kitchen and living room shared study self contained laundry 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. The house itself is a refurbished Edwardian home new roof carpets kitchen etc. Im happy to share some photos with you. Im a 25-year-old easygoing male that works daytime Monday to Friday. I would consider myself to be very friendly chatty and considerate of other people. I dont smoke or drink day-to-day but will drink socially every now and again. Im looking to live with mature open and like-minded people who I am able to enjoy sharing a living space with and respect each others privacy just as much. Would prefer someone looking for a long-term position but im open minded. The house is partly furnished by myself however is in need of a fridge washer and dryer. All of your furniture is welcome. The rent is 650 a week divided by 3 and is paid monthly which works out to be 940 each. The property has wireless internet (70 a month divided by those who choose to use it) and CGU contents insurance (if desired). Previously I shard the house with my girlfriend and her friend but sadly we have recently separated. The pair of them are currently looking for a new place which may see them here until the end of the month at the extreme latest. The rooms are available as of the 1st of November.
