Hello I have 1 unfurnished bedroom in my 2 bed apartment available for rent situated on Nepean hwy Seaford its just a 15 minute walk to bayside shopping center Seaford safeway and kannanook station milk bar and bus stop is a 4 min walk..The house its self is a second floor apartment at the back of the block and for being right on a main road its surprisingly quiet. The beach is right across the road and behind the block is the kannanook creek..I have most household appliances i.e. fridge washing machine microwave and large couch you are more than welcome to bring along any furniture… (like a table or a MASSIVE TV as I dont have them) and we can find a spot for it.Smallish kitchen has electric stove top and electric oven reasonable cupboard space and sweet linoleum on the floor from 1974.There are 2 balconies one facing north the other south so the place opens right up and is nice and breezy in summer. Small electric heater in the lounge/dinning room does the jobThe bathroom is not amazing but works well with a bath/shower and a separate toilet and a decent hall cupboard/linen press.Comes with covered offstreet parking. Oh and it has awesome blue carpet throughout Bedroom is empty (not massive but would fit a queen bed) with a fair sized wardrobe with a double north facing window its plenty sunny and the same epic blue carpet.I am 27 fulltime worker with super casual hours but 5am starts are a killer. When home Im pretty quiet and I understand privacy but Im always up for a chat and a shared meal as I like to cook. And Max the cat will say hi when hes hungry.Id prefer a 20-29 yr old NON SMOKER but I really just need anyone to share rent and bills and who wont wreck up the place.
