The room available is an average size with a very large built in robe.Apartment is very modern with polished floor boards with secure entrance. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher stainless steel appliances living/dining room with split cycle air conditioner and access to large patio/outdoor area.There are 4 apartments in all and it is a very quiet neighbourhood.Plenty of parking available.One bathroom separate laundry (washing machine and dryer). The apartment itself is fully furnished except for the spare bedroom but on request this can be furnished with a single bed and a desk.This apartment is located above a strip of shops comprising a bottle shop 2 x milk bars bakery pizza shop and hair dresser. Close to public transport – buses to Seaford station and Frankston and easy access to Monash Uni and Frankston TAFE. Ideally I am looking to share with a student but if you feel you fit the bill dont hesitate to apply. If you enjoy a laugh and you are prepared to pull your weight with the household chores I would like to hear from you. You would need to be easy going responsible and reliable down to earth and not too serious.It would be fantastic to find a like-minded person to share this great apartment with.
