Yours is the master bedroom of the house. Largest of them all, it also has a compact ensuite and your own private decking.
I have two small aussie terriers who don’t bark, but this means that more pets may not be the best option.
I have a large garage where you can park your car if you wish and plenty of space for tools or belongings that you need secured.
Ten min walk to beach. Fifteen to twenty min walk to seaford station.
Pool table, dining room, laundry, kitchen and lounge are all at your disposal.
