LIVE ON THE WATER WITH OUR OWN PRIVATE BEACHI have a beautiful spacious home right on the water at Patterson Lakes – south east and 40 mins train ride to the CBD. We are 10 mins walk to the station. We step outside our door onto the lawn and onto a private beach and straight into the water – with beautiful big boats cruising by. It is the only place like it anywhere in Melbourne and feels like we are living in a holiday resort.The home is spacious – 3 living areas -one with a lovely open Fire place and large kitchen; three bathrooms (one with a spa) and three bedrooms. The room on offer is double bedroom size and can be furnished with Queen size bed and side table or unfurnished. It has its own BIR desk windows and is light and airy.I am a Kiwi from Auckland who now calls Melbourne HOME. I am well traveled and love people. I am health conscious (with chocolate) and live a clean healthy life; peaceful; love cooking; good relaxed conversation; watching DVDs; going to the gym; playing with my cool cats; swimming; horse-riding and going to the odd concerts or movies or out to dinner somewhere. I also share with another lovely female friend who is also into fitness and living well. We are close to the wineries here with all those gorgeous restaurants. It is the best place to live in Melbourne.I am looking for reliable mature person (25 yrs to 45 yrs approximately) who want a warm and friendly and clean elegant but holistic home which feels like home – not just a place to hang your hat.
