Hi there Im looking for a friendly reliable and responsible person to share my three bedroom two lounge room house in Mount Eliza. Full time employment or studying is essential. Im a full time employed female in my 20s. Rent is $150 per week which includes basic bills to be paid weekly. Plus bond. The room is medium size with built in robes.I have a cat and a small friendly well-behaved dog. Your pet may be welcome too depending on bread. I would prefer a housemate with their own bedding but a bed is available if needed.The house is on a large block and in a very peaceful area. Walking distance to parks. Less than a 100m walk to bus stop and about 5km from Frankston Station.
