Hi there I reside in a 3 bedroom home and require a honest and respectful housemate. I am easy going and social but enjoy my own space at times.I am looking for someone who is interested in having a chat and drink every now and then but also has their own interest.I would expect the person to be clean and to share the cleaning regularly.The room up for offer is big enough to fit a queen bed and a large set of draws it has a built in wardrobe. The main bathroom is yours but will also be used by guests so is expected to be kept clean. There is a third bedroom that you would be welcome to use the wardrobe of and also put in some small draws. A bed could possibly be arranged if required.There is outside entertainment area and a small yard that does require mowing a weeding regularly and it would great if you could assist in this on occasion.The house is pretty much fully furnished but there is some room for additional furniture if you already have some and there is also plenty of storage in the garage if required. Parking for both of us on the block.I am looking for someone social who takes pride in keeping their home neat and tidy. Not looking for someone who wants to hold regular parties till all hours of the morning. In saying that you are more than welcome to have friends over .I am fairly quiet during the week and like to socialize on the weekends.The home is fairly new and has a split system in the loungeroom.I am looking for someone who holds a full time job.Thanks
