27 yo Secondary PE teacher (and 6yo Whippet X) looking for a clean and easy going house mate to rent out one of two available bedrooms in sunny Mordialloc (right near the Parkdale border). Close to shops and only a short walk to Mordialloc station and Main St shopping strip. Surrounded by fantastic and friendly neighbours we are the third in a row of four two-storey town-houses.House has a very open and relaxed feel about it and is a fabulous place to come home to. Dog loves human company and is certainly happy to see anyone when they get home.
