28yo PE teacher and 6yo Whippet cross looking for someone wanting to rent a north facing bedroom in a two-storey town house in sunny Mordialloc. Close to train station and shops and all the best Mordi has to offer. Although it is the room for rent would certainly prefer the person coming in to be able to call the place home!!Currently have one house-mate who is very easy to live with and is very clean and respectful.
