Hello all We are a nice couple living in a 2 bed room apartment in moorabbin. We would like to rent one of the room which we are not using to a young student (girl only). The room is equipped with a bed TV dining table study desk and chair. We are looking for a very discret and quiet person as the apartment is very quiet with each neighbour respectful of others. It is a good place to study. The rent includes electricity gas and water. Theres no internet connection Sorry but you should bring your own. You will be provided with your own cooking pans plates and cups.Only serious persons should respond. Thank you
