Hi I am a professional female with a room free in my flat to rent. I have a small cat that shares the flat with me at the moment so applicant must be accomodating to that. The room already has a bed in it and bedside table and is ready to move into. The apartment is close to public transport and one street away from the beach. I live in a quiet block of flats so require so this is not a party house and is kept clean/tidy.
