Room available to share in a large modern house with owner, in a quiet street in a Bayside suburb 20km’s south of the city. The owner is a professional mature male who works in the Training & Education field and also speaks basic Italian and Chinese.

Facilities available to you are. furnished private bedroom, own bathroom, wireless internet, pay-tv, all appliances, street parking, 1km to bus stop, 2km to train station, 1km to shopping centre, 2km to beach, 30-40 minutes travel to city.

You will need to be a mature (age is flexible) and responsible person, who is house clean and prepared to share house tasks, respectful of others privacy, non-smoker, be employed in a stable job or a student who is financially able to support themselves, being a social drinker is fine.

Rent is is $225 per week, plus own or shared food costs, 4 weeks bond and 2 references required. Minimum stay is negotiable and 2 weeks’ notice required to vacate.
