Hello!!We have one room available in a 3-bedroom unit in Brighton!!The unit is conveniently located 2 km from the beach a short walk from Gardenvale train station Just off Hawthorn road we are oh so close to Southland shopping centre Monash university Supermarkets and boutique shops! The house is fully furnished except for your room which is 2.6×3 m with a big window!!! So for those of you like me who dont know measurement talk it will fit in a queen or double bed and either a desk or tv unit (depending on how big). All rooms have ducted heating (YAY) we have a nice bathroom with separate shower and bath and a seperate toilet Theres an awesome lounge with plasma tv comfy couch and decor details the kitchen is decked out with everything including gas stove and a dishwasher!! Lovely dining room with a wooden table that seats four but expands to fit 8! We also have a courtyard garage and endless street parking! Bills are shared and are fairly cheap. There are 3 rooms in total and you would be living with two female working professionals we are down to earth friendly and like a laugh (perhaps a wine too!) We want someone who is friendly and fun not a party house (though we will have dinners/bbqs etc) someone down to earth has a stable job is not a weirdo tidy! and who has a sense of humour will be lovely! We both have cats who are well trained like to go outside during the day and who are friendly!
