Hi my housemate is moving out at the end of the month and am looking for someone to move in. Probably looking for someone age 22 – 35 years old and easy to get along with. It would be preferable if person has rented or lived with other people before. Location would suit someone with a drivers licence as train station is not close. Please only enquire if you are in some kind of employment.
