Hi my name is John and I have a room available in the heart of Elwood. Close to Ormond Rd shops, cafes and bars and just 200m to the beach. My girlfriend is heading overseas for a few months and hence why the room is available.

The room available is 2.5 x 4.0 m in size and has a built in wardrobe. The bathroom is clean and modern and includes a shower, bath, washing machine and separate toilet. The lounge room is open and spacious with a small balcony that has views of the water. The kitchen is neat and modern and has gas stove, oven and dishwasher. Everything that is in the photos is what will be here when you move.

I’m employed, friendly, fun, tidy and clean, positive, outgoing, enjoy a bit of exercise (being close to the beach is great for that), cooking and writing music. I’m not a party animal but a few beers and some nice music over the weekend never goes astray.

Buses at the end of the street and a 10min walk to train and Nepean Hwy. Plenty of off street parking. Looking for someone with similar traits to myself that is reliable, preferably employed and a male, with checkable references, likes a good time but is not a party animal.
