Fantastic large house in Elwood. Excellent kitchen seperate laundry. Both rooms which are available are upstairs and share their own bathroom. There is a lovely backyard and at one end of the street is the beach and at the other Elwood village.The house has central heating has been renovated and has lots of light.There are two cats which are mainly outside but are very friendly. I am looking for mature aged students or professionals to share with my daughter and I . I work full time and my daughter is in childcare so this could ideally suit a shift worker.
