We are two30-ish professional females recently back from living OS who have set up a house in fabulous Elwood and are now looking for a 3rd housemate.Our double story recently new town house is big for Elwood standards. It comprises open plan living smeg stainless steel kitchen appliances great backyard lock up garage for one car (which you can use!!) Room is large enough for a queen size bed and bedroom furniture it has LOADS of cupboards built in. there is a great bathroom with shower and bath.Metres from Elwood village and beach – this house is AWESOME!!We are looking for a 25+ professional who is not looking for new best friends but has the social skills to be able to share a meal and a beer/wine when the ocasiion arises.
