Our housemate is moving overseas so we have a spacious room to rent in our awesome doublestory near-new townhouse. We are Janette and Matt (not a couple!) we are looking for a professionally employed house-trained guy/girl or couple to move into our cool house. The bedroom itself is spacious at the end of the house with BIRs and a large window with natural light. House is a large townhouse (approx 5 years old) with lots of storage new/clean bathrooms and an awesome stainless steel kitchen. Just metres from beach shopping strip public transport and St Kilda. We are both professionals working the usual 9-5ish M-F we are out and about a lot but we like to catch up around the kitchen table or lounge room every so often for a chat and a glass of wine. We are both pretty easy going and are looking for the same in our next housemate.
