Our housemate is sadly moving on so we have a spacious room to rent in our awesome doublestory near-new fully furnished townhouse. We are Janette (35) and Kate (31) looking for a professionally employed house-trained guy/girl/couple to move into our fantastic Elwood townhouse. The bedroom itself is spacious with BIRs and a window with natural light. The house is large (approx 5 years old) with lots of storage separate study new/clean bathrooms toilets on both levels separate laundry lock up garage and a massive kitchen lounge area that you will fall in love with! Not to mention an awesome outside courtyard with decking and BBQ area thats just waiting for those lovely summer evenings. On top of that were just metres from Elwood beach good coffee Glenhuntly Shops Public transport and St Kilda. We are both professionals working the usual 9-5ish M-F we are out and about a lot but we like to catch up around the kitchen table or lounge room every so often for a chat and a glass of wine. We are both pretty easy going and are looking for the same in our next housemate.
