Hi, I am looking for 2 female housemates, I am fun, tidy, easy going, enjoy sport and going to the gym, I am a healthy eater (most days lol), enjoy the outdoors and also love watching movies…. I have a 5 bedroom house, old and big but very comfortable living. I live upstairs, The rooms that are available are located downstairs. You will be sharing a bathroom with each other. The bigger room is a triple room, BIR the small room (double sized) big enough for a queen bed and an Entertainment unit/TV….There is street parking available/ one car in driveway also, plenty of room in a very safe area. Potential house: Must be clean and tidy, quite sociable, happy to help clean around the house and not the type to lock your self away in your room, although I do respect privacy as I have lived in a share house for over 10years. This house is like a home and is a great place to live in.We have a decent sized backyard, the house has ducted heating and Wall mounted heating units in the commons area’s. Please note: No pets allowed, agencies rules..The rooms are not available till 17th December 2013,All bills are split – Water/ Electricity/ Gas/ Internet / Foxtel, please note: if I can only find one housemate first up the rent will be shared till the 3rd housemate moves in.
