Large family 3 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
On street parking.
Semi furnished – ex took most items, except the cat.
Both rooms have built in robes and a single bed(optional).
Shared laundry, kitchen, dining and lounge.

Recently lost my job and then broke collar bone, out of action for a couple of months and need help with rent and bills.

I’m a quiet person that usually keeps to my self, not after party animals, or huge socialites.

Definitely no drugs, the occasional drinker is fine.
