The house is located 400m away from the main shopping centre, cafes and restaurants and less than 7km from Seaford Beach. With a bus stop around the corner and close to major freeways including East Link, Frankston Freeways and Peninsula Link you will find it easy to go into the city or out towards Mornington Peninsula for a getaway.

The house offers a modern style living with is 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is also a 2-car garage, ducted heating, evaporative cooling, dishwasher and washing machine.

The house is currently shared by 1 couple and a single (aged mid 20?Ts to late 20?Ts from New Zealand and Canada). We all work fulltime and enjoy hanging out after work and on weekends. We are looking for another friendly house mate (preferably employed and mid to late 20s) to join.
