Hi my name is Kate Im 32 and looking for a house mate to share a 2 year old 4 bedroom house in Carrum Downs with me and another house mate Nicki. The house includes 3 living areas a large kitchen and an alfresco area which is great for BBQs. It has ducted heating air conditioning dishwasher washing machine and dryer. We are close to East Link and other freeways 2 shopping centres both within a 5 minute drive and it is only a 10 minute drive to the beach. Nicki and I are both friendly easy going people looking for a neat (but not anal) easy going house mate. We usually cook our own meals but are happy to share the occasional drink and laugh.I have an 8 y.o black lab Bronte who is a lot of fun and just a little spoilt! She loves water whether it is the beach or just a bucket throw her a ball and she will love you for life!
