Hi I am a professional in the training/healthcare industry friendly outgoing and great company. I adore the kind of conversations (over a glass of wine) that are life-enhancing and fun. The house I am looking to share is a modern 2 storey townhouse in a great location; the kind of home which lends itself well to either have privacy or company is clean and tidy complete with a cat and a small dog. The available room is furnished light has built-in robes and is located nect to the 2nd (own private) bathroom. There is a large-ish garden and patio and all the modern contraptions are available. I am ideally looking for an easy-going friendly female for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility of extending. The nominated rent includes utility bills.
