My housemates are moving overseas and Im looking for someone to occupy the rooms.Rent is $550 a month for one person $700 for a couple plus bills (which we just split when we get them).The house itself is well furnished and very comfortable and the rooms come with a big bed wardrobes and perhaps a desk/chest of drawers if youd like them (or the drawers can be moved if you dont). Both rooms are big enough for a couple – one is average size and the other is big.We have wireless cable internet a decent kitchen and bathroom a large spacious living/dining room and a big lovely backyard full of flowers and fruit trees. The house is near a major road and its very quiet/safe. A really nice area.There are bus stops very close by on the street a tram stop about a 10 minute walk away and train stations about a 25 min walk away. Middle Brighton Station is on an excellent shopping street and there are other shops even closer. I tend to get around on bike and find everything is very close that way.Im friendly and easy to live with! Ill just add that personally I adore this house. It has a lot of charm and I love living in it :)Oh and I have a very lovely cat so youve got to be down with living with him as well.
